Carpets should be professionally steam cleaned every six months to a year. Not only does Steamy’s Carpet Care have the equipment and expertise to fully remove dirt and detergent, our professionals can help you eliminate moisture from carpet. People using rented equipment often leave the carpet too wet, and they do not fully remove the detergent.

The Steamy’s Carpet Care deluxe process includes:

1. Preliminary inspection of your carpets by a IICRC Qualified technician to determine type of carpet and the best cleaning method.
2. Pre-Vacuuming with industrial, hospital grade vacuum cleaner to remove up to 70% of dry soils in carpet.
3. Careful movement of furniture – we move most furniture.
4. Pre-conditioning and spotting (some spots and stains extra) – detergent will be applied hot for it to work immediately.
5. Rotary agitation with soft brush or pad (to loosen soiling) –agitation will loosen soiling from the carpet fibres and mix detergent with the carpet pile
6. Powerful truck mount steam extraction – powerful equipment delivers higher heat and more vacuum, resulting in cleaner and dryer carpets.
7. Deodorizing and neutralising, no sticky residue no re-soiling – acid rinsing carpets to neutralise carpets, preventing chemical residue build up.
8. Rotary dry pad to leave your carpets walk on dry.
9. Replace furniture with foam blocks and protective tabs – foam blocks elevate furniture and tabs prevent transfer of moisture, protecting carpets and furniture.
10. Final grooming to remove cleaning marks – resets the carpet pile to live it standing to maximise appearance and reduce drying time.

Being able to confidently offer to protect a clients carpet or upholstery is an important part of any professional carpet cleaning business. You must be aware that all protectors are not the same, just like every carpet cleaner is not the same. Different protectors have different fluoro-chemical technology and therefore, perform differently.

	This is our detergent, applied hot, it starts working immediately. This is used in the pre- conditioning step.
	A complete vacuuming system in one machine. Cleans both hard floors and carpets. High Quality Filtration System increases performance and improves indoor air quality. Conforms to ASNZS 3733 and IICRC S001Standards.
	Agitation separates soil from carpet fibre and works into the carpet foundation.
